Fantastic experience all round. Made the process really easy, no nonsense quotation which came in under our budget and never tried to oversell anything. System was set up in half a day and has been brilliant so far. Well worth it.

Extremely happy with our solar and battery installation. From start to finish we were kept in the loop about installation and timings. From start to finish a very helpful and patient sales team. Always happy to help, with safe scaffolding suppliers (Suitable for use with young kids around) I was pleasantly surprised at their ability to tweak and refine the design as my requirements evolved. Knowledgeable installers who were happy to explain the software and application. I would thoroughly recommend them.

So knowing what we know now six to eight weeks on after install – would we choose the same company again, yes but this time with more confidence, without a doubt more confidence.

I engaged Future Proof Solar to enquire about adding a battery system to my existing panels. I’d already spoken to 3 or 4 other companies but within 15 minutes John had given me more information than any other company to that point.

They also came to site to check it would all fit and work as they’d said it would, we then talked about adding in an Eddi device to redirect excess solar energy into the immersion heater.

Within the space of a few weeks we went from that first conversation to full installation. The install day went very well, the team was great, kept me informed all the way through the install, guided me through the apps and even walked me through some of the extra monitoring tools available.

Overall I’d highly recommend them.

Very efficient and timely install, the scaffolders, electrician and panel fitter have all been excellent, patient with our questions and going through how the equipment works, how to use the app, the project from first contacting Liam and throughout to finish has been fantastic! all in all – a job well done
