Had a great experience with FPS! Ryan was excellent in communications all the way through the process, answering any questions and very informative. We went for 10 panels with a 6kw hanchu inverter and 9.4kw hanchu battery and an Ohme Epod. Pav on Facebook was also a great help and answered all questions I had and explained how everything works very well! On the day Josh came was likely the WORST day of the summer, Thursday 27th August, it was torrential, he and ( I wanna say the young roofer was called Ross) worked for 6 hours in the pouring rain, doing a fantastic job! I’m well happy with it all. Had the solar a week and I have my head round how it all works, it’s great, got my car yesterday so used the charger for first time, it’s all set up exactly how I needed it! Would highly recommend!! Really impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. We received a quote the same day we made our initial enquiry, and were offered an installation date within two months. Communication throughout was excellent and completely transparent, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect. On the day, the installation was prompt and professional, and the lead technician was particularly accommodating, polite and happy to work around what we needed. Although they’re a national company, they’re also very local to us, and the whole experience had the feel of dealing with a good local business rather than a huge national installer. We are really pleased with our new solar (panels and battery storage) system installation. Sean took the time to understand what we wanted and advised on the best solution. He arranged the best installation day that suited us, and kept us informed along the way. The whole team at Future Proof Solar were great to deal with as all were knowledgable, helpful and friendly. The installation was complete by mid afternoon on the day and everything was left neat and tidy. Recently had my 12 panels, 27kW battery and a gateway installed by Future Proof Solar. The whole process working with Ryan was great! I'm fairly techy and had loads of questions - and they were able to answer them all and then some. The install itself was way faster that I thought it was going to be and the team did a fantastic job! The installers were incredibly good at what they do - and took great care to do a good job (was refreshing to see). The wiring looks especially excellent - Josh is very, very good at his trade and takes it very seriously! After everything was installed, they continued to answer any questions and offer any support if I needed it. Super competitive rates as well. Now I just have to stop myself constantly staring at the Tesla app watching how much sweet free energy I'm harvesting from the Sun - immediately went from paying for energy to being almost completely off grid! First of all this company are a pleasure to deal with. They are knowledgeable and responsive, with a list of products that were clearly explained so I can make an informed decision. I have had my system for a few months now and I am very happy with the performance of the solar panels and battery system. After they were installed I had a number of questions which were answered quickly. The installation was swift and clean. Right, just felt like I needed to write a bit of a review for this company & Sean, because they proper deserve it. ​I got five quotes in total for our solar panels, and my god, the other four companies absolutely hounded us. Constantly on the blower, badgering me day and night!. It drove me crackers. Sean from Future Solar was the complete opposite. No pushy sales rubbish, just honest and straightforward. When I called him up to book, I told him straight: "You’re the only ones who haven't hounded us, and on top of that, you've given us by far the best price." ​The actual service from start to finish has been absolutely brilliant. Spot on, cannot fault them one bit. Sean was amazing to deal with throughout. ​And it doesn't even stop there. We’re 3 months down the line now, and Sean is still there for us! We couldn’t be happier with the service from Future Proof Solar. Pav designed the perfect system for us, and his knowledge, advice, and support were outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole process straightforward, with absolutely no pushy sales tactics. The installation team arrived on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and were polite, professional, and respectful throughout. We had 40 solar panels, two 9.4kWh batteries, two inverters, and an EV charger installed, and the whole job was completed to a very high standard. Future Proof Solar were by far the best priced compared to the other quotes we received, without compromising on quality or service.
