Dealing with tricky fitting and last minute changes with no resistance and only a vigor to deliver. Nothing seems to be too much to handle. I am yet to use our products in anger to be able to reflect on our usage and financial benefit but will update in future.
Sales, installation and aftercare was excellent. Everyone involved in the survey and installation of the solar panels and air source heating system were professional and patient with our questions. At all points during installation they made sure we understood what was happening, and how to use the systems effectively. Since everything is now up and running (for the last six months ) we would have no qualms in recommending this company. A big thanks to John and his team.

Cracking company to work with, from the initial meeting John answered the question and wanted to put a solution together to meet our families needs. Competitive pricing. Scaffold up the day before install, installation day was smooth with everything working. We also had the in roof and they had a roofing team who dealt with this very well, The team have been in touch afterwards to make sure we are getting on well with the apps.
Smashing job
I engaged Future Proof Solar to enquire about adding a battery system to my existing panels. I’d already spoken to 3 or 4 other companies but within 15 minutes John had given me more information than any other company to that point.
They also came to site to check it would all fit and work as they’d said it would, we then talked about adding in an Eddi device to redirect excess solar energy into the immersion heater.
Within the space of a few weeks we went from that first conversation to full installation. The install day went very well, the team was great, kept me informed all the way through the install, guided me through the apps and even walked me through some of the extra monitoring tools available.
Overall I’d highly recommend them.
Extremely happy with our solar and battery installation. From start to finish we were kept in the loop about installation and timings. The installers were polite and helpful answering any questions we asked. Had solar PV and battery systems fitted, very quick to quote and fit compared to many of the companies out there at the moment. System got changed at the last minute due to shortages in supplies , however the system offered was an upgrade so I was very pleased. System installed on planned day with no issues. A small issue with the export tariff setup which they did sort out and now all up and running. Would recommend them for a PV installation.

Pav and his business partner first Launched Future Proof Solar in 2021 after a 10 year career in electrical wholesaling, where he supplied other solar engineers and electricians with the materials required for their installations. Pav helps out in every department possible, be it sales, operations, or occasionally getting involved in installations! Pav is proud to have formed a team that all share his passion for hard work, customer satisfaction and teamwork. He says his biggest achievement so far is being part of a company that has helped over a thousand customers to reduce their electricity bills between 50-80% and also saving hundreds of tonnes of Carbon dioxide emissions per year in the process.
Away from his desk Pav loves nothing more than spending time with his family running around with his two young children (who keep him fit!). He also has a passion for motorbiking and occasionally playing snooker with friends.
John first started working in the renewable energy industry over 14 years ago before launching Future Proof Solar in 2021. John is very involved in the general day to day running of the business, ensuring key targets are met and all of our customers are happy with the service that they received. John’s greatest achievement is helping to create a business which has exceeded targets by providing an honest, reliable and professional service which receives fantastic customer reviews all-round. In his spare time you’ll find John out and about socialising or globe trotting!
Luke has worked in customer service for over 12 years and has always had a passion for technology.
His main role involves overlooking and managing the day to day running of the installations for each job, from organising and ordering materials needed, scheduling the teams and attending the installations when needed. Luke is truly the brains behind the monitoring app, and eduages our customers on how their whole system works and how to get the most out of their new system. He says his favorite thing about working here is that everyone is so supportive and willing to help each other. (The monthly meeting cakes also go down a treat!) His greatest achievement is becoming the ‘technical master’ within the company. From plugging in printer’s to full system software and cable work. He’s a man of many talents!
When he isn’t behind his desk, you will find him spending time making memories with his wonderful family. He’s also a keen fisherman, and loves to watch and engage in motorsports. Baking is also a hobby of his – so great british bake off watch this space!!
Laura is the queen of numbers here at Future Proof Solar! She is responsible for all things accounts, invoicing and payroll related. Laura says ‘’my favorite thing about working here is the great team I work alongside, everyone is so supportive and always willing to help each other, and the office biscuits aren’t bad either!’’ When Laura isn’t sitting behind her desk, she’s usually running around as a busy mum to her 2 amazing children. (aka – professional plate spinner!!) You’ll find her on the school run, in play areas, and anywhere that’s family friendly to explore! Family time is her favorite time, and there’s nothing she loves more than making memories.
Liam started working for Future Proof Solar in March 2022. With a passion for renewable energy, Liam plays a vital role in helping customers to create a much more sustainable way of living with the use of solar power. He says his favorite part of working here is being a part of a great team, and getting to chat to customers on a day to day basis. One of Liam’s biggest achievements is buying his beloved sausage dog! In his spare time he can be found watching or playing football, or taking his dog for a stroll!
Zara is qualified in both Business Studies and Digital Marketing, and joined Future Proof solar in 2022. Her main roles and responsibilities include the development of the overall marketing strategy here at Future Proof Solar, which includes paid marketing campaigns, social media marketing, graphic design and much much more! She says her favorite thing about working here is the relationships she’s developed with her teammates who trust and support one another. In her spare time, our social butterfly loves spending time with her lovely family and friends, traveling and keeping busy. She’s also a keen gym-goer!
Since leaving school many moons ago, Corey has always been involved in hands-on jobs within the renewable energy field! His main responsibilities include customer satisfaction, ensuring a smooth installation process from start to finish. The safety of himself, customers & colleagues whilst on the roof. Answering any queries and questions from customers, and maintaining high levels of accuracy throughout the install process, (oh and he’s the top biscuit taster in the office!) Corey’s favorite part of working here is working with a team that shares the same values and work ethic, he says this makes the team work like a dream! He also says the endless cups of teas our customers make him are a big bonus (milk, 2 sugars!). Corey’s greatest achievement is completing 144 panels on one of our biggest jobs to date.
In his spare time he likes to spend time with his two children who keep him very busy! He also enjoys bike riding to new places, and his favorite pastime is… eating out!!
Since graduating in Marketing Management our Marketeer Kirsten gained a breadth of experience in a number of fields prior to joining the team. Her main responsibilities include social media content, copywriting, visiting customers to film content, and more! Kirsten is a keen coffee lover and has quickly become top brew-maker for the office team and is always up for a sweet treat throughout the day! She says the best part about her role so far is the fab team she works with, and describes the company as ‘fun’ ‘engaging’ and ‘diverse’!
In her spare time, she rarely sits down. She can be found either working her second job, or her all time fave, spending time with her lovely friends and family. She’s also a keen traveler, and usually gets up to something daring whilst she’s away, such as skydiving, learning how to scuba dive, ski or surf!
Jaiden is our remarkable Roofing Assistant here at Future Proof Solar! From finishing his educational journey, he embraced a career in renewables and has never looked back! You’ll find him up and down the roof’s helping our Solar Installers with his hands-on approach, ensuring a smooth running installation process all with a smile on his face!
Jaiden said “Future Proof Solar have given me the opportunity to learn new skills and develop my knowledge. I enjoy every job I go on, as there is always something new, exciting & different to learn (who knew there were so many types of roofs?!). My work family have been nothing short of outstanding!”
When he’s not helping you save on your energy bills, Jaiden loves to socialise with his friends & family, and has had a keen interest in cars from a very early age. He also adores his pet pooch Rosie, and says there is no better feeling than a doggo hug after a busy day at work!
