Before Installation:

To prepare for your solar installation our team is expected to conduct an online or onsite inspection to check the suitability of your property. Once basic checks and calculations are completed, our team will determine the size of your system and discuss payment options. Before your installation can go ahead, as the customer, you will be expected to pay a 10% deposit to secure your installation date, this will be discussed with a member of our team and taken off your final payment.

After Installation:

Once your installation is complete, our installers will talk you through, step by step, how your system will run and demonstrate how you can track what you are saving via the app. Our team will then give you a call regarding the installation and ask if you are happy with the service you have received. Once everything is complete and the final payment has been made, you will receive a completion pack contacting your MCS certificate, DNO Approval, completed invoice, schematic diagram and a copy of your solar system data sheets

Air to Water Heat Pump Package

Heat Pump Benefits:

Before Installation:

To prepare for your heat pump installation our team is expected to conduct an onsite inspection to check the suitability of your property. Before your installation can go ahead, as the customer, you will be expected to pay a 10% deposit to secure your installation date, this will be discussed with a member of our team and taken off your final payment.

After Installation:

If you have chosen to remove your existing system, our team will safely do so once your heat pump is up and running. Once everything is complete and the final payment has been made, you will receive a completion pack contacting your MCS certificate, DNO approval, completed invoice, compliance certificate, data sheets and an instruction manual.
